DIABLO IV BETA LAUNCH CAMPAIGN

The art and dark world of Diablo IV was inspired by great artist masters like Michelangelo and Caravaggio . So to launch Diablo IV’s beta we created an art installation, in the spirit of their great church murals, on the ceiling of a Gothic church in France that depicts the gamer’s journey through hell. The installation spans the entire length of the vaulted, Gothic ceiling and includes the games' characters using their various powers on their way to face ultimate villain, Lilith, the daughter of Hatred. We then filmed it for airing on March Madness and released stills so that we could broaden the appeal of the game to casual gamer while still getting the core fan excited.
